Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably generate ozone by allowing electric discharge to be generated easily. SOLUTION: In the subject rotary ozonizer where a rotor electrode 11 in which an electrode 3 is formed on the outer circumferential face is arranged at the inside of a cylindrical fixed electrode 10 in which an electrode 1 is formed on the inner circumferential face, high voltage is applied to a space between both the electrodes 1 and 3, and the rotor electrode is rotated to generate ozone. A plurality of spiral grooves 26 are formed on the outer circumferential face of the rotor electrode 11, and electric charges are collected on projecting parts 27 formed by the grooves 26, so that electric discharge is allowed to easily be generated all around the peripheries of the cylindrical electrodes 1 and 3. 【課題】放電を起きやすくして安定にオゾンを発生できるようにする。 【解決手段】内周面に電極1を形成した円筒形の固定電極10内に、外周面に電極3を形成した回転子電極11を配置し、両電極1、3間に高電圧を印加して回転子電極を回転させてオゾンを発生させる回転式のオゾン発生装置の前記回転子電極11の外周面に複数の螺旋状の溝26を形成し、その溝26と溝26によって形成される突設部分27に電荷を集めて円筒形の電極1、3の全周にわたって放電が安定して起きるようにする。 【選択図】 図1
