Abstract

【課題】転写部シート排出ガイドの下流側に近接配置されたシート搬送ベルトおよびその外側に配置されたシート下面支持ガイド等の上流端にシートが突入する際にシートに作用する衝撃を緩和すること。 【解決手段】シート転写領域Q4の通過時にトナー像を転写されたシート下面を移動可能に支持する転写部シート排出ガイドSG2の下流端に設けた複数のくし歯状下流側突出部材SG2aと、その下流側のシート幅方向の中央部に配置され且つ複数の吸引孔を有するシート搬送ベルトTH1と、シート搬送ベルトTH1のシート幅方向両側に配置されて前記シート搬送ベルトTH1により搬送されるシートの幅方向外側部下面を移動可能に支持するシート下面支持ガイドTH2の上流端に設けられ且つ前記転写部シート排出ガイドSG2の複数のくし歯状下流側突出部材SG2aの間に配置される複数のくし歯状部材TH2aとを有するシート搬送装置および画像形成装置。 【選択図】 図2
