Abstract

【課題】高い除霜能力を発揮できるとともにエンジンからの廃熱を有効利用して高いCOPを実現できる廃熱回収式空気調和装置を提供すること。 【解決手段】エンジン90により駆動され冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機11と室内側熱交換器12と膨張弁16と室外機側熱交換器13とを備える冷媒回路10と、エンジン90からの廃熱を冷却水に伝達する冷却手段23と、廃熱を外気に放出するラジエータ21と、室外機側熱交換器13に並列に接続された廃熱回収用熱交換器30と、冷却手段23と第1冷却水作動室30bとラジエータ21との間に冷却水を循環させる冷却水ポンプ24と、を備える冷却回路20と、を有する。霜取りは、室外機側熱交換器13の上流に接続された冷媒予備加熱用熱交換器31を設け必要に応じて室外機側熱交換器13に循環する冷媒を加熱して行う。 【選択図】 図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit high defrosting ability, and to effectively utilize waste heat from an engine to realize a high COP. <P>SOLUTION: This air-conditioner has a refrigerant circuit 10 provided with a compressor 11 driven by the engine 90 to compress a refrigerant, an indoor side heat-exchanger 12, an expansion valve 16 and an outdoor unit side heat-exchanger 13, and a cooling circuit 20 provided with a cooling means 23 for transmitting the waste heat from the engine 90 to cooling water, a radiator 21 for radiating the waste heat to an outside air, a waste heat recovering heat-exchanger 30 connected in parallel to the outdoor unit side heat-exchanger 13, and a cooling water pump 24 for circulating the cooling water among the cooling means 23, and the first cooling water operation chamber 30b and the radiator 21. Defrosting is carried out by providing a refrigerant preheating heat-exchanger 31 connected to an upstream of the outdoor unit side heat-exchanger 13 to heat the refrigerant circulated to the outdoor unit side heat-exchanger 13 in response to requirement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
