Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer tube and tube sheet joint structure for reducing the weight and size of a heat exchanger by using a thin plate for forming a tube sheet while eliminating the need for machining a heat transfer tube insertion hole in the tube sheet with drill cutting, laser and reaming and the need for machining a ring groove around the heat transfer tube insertion hole. SOLUTION: The tube plate 4 has a curled portion 19 formed around the heat transfer tube insertion hole 5 subjected to deep drawing by a press. The heat transfer tube 3 is inserted at its end into the heat transfer tube insertion hole 5 around which the curled portion is formed. The end of the heat transfer tube 3 and the curled portion 19 are expanded, and they are welded at their ends together and joined in one unit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
【課題】管板の伝熱管挿着孔の加工にドリルによる切削やレーザーによる孔の加工、更にリーマー加工を不要とすると共に、伝熱管挿着孔の周囲のリング状の溝の加工を不要とすると共に、管板を薄板で形成して、熱交換器の軽量化と小型化を図った伝熱管と管板の接合構造を提供するものである。 【解決手段】管板4にプレスにより深絞り成形した伝熱管挿着孔5の周囲にカール部19を形成し、このカール部19を形成した伝熱管挿着孔5に伝熱管3の端部側を挿着して、伝熱管3の端部とカール部19を拡管して、その先端を溶接して一体に接合したものである。 【選択図】 図3
